PRACTICAL INFORMATION
225 NOK per child.
Minimum 10 paying children (2,250 NOK).
Adults always enter for free (maximum 15 adults per booking).
Payment is made during the event. You only pay for the actual number of children who attend; we will do a headcount once all guests have arrived. There is no need to notify us of changes to the guest count in advance, but please ensure you do not exceed the maximum capacity for your chosen birthday package.
Please check in at the shop upon arrival. You will receive your admission tickets and information regarding your assigned room. We have a cloakroom available for storing outerwear and personal belongings.
The booking party is responsible for bringing their own food, drinks, and tableware (such as plates, cutlery, and cups). We will provide a suitable room equipped with tables and chairs.
If you plan to prepare food during the party, you are welcome to borrow cooking equipment such as pots and hotplates from us. We also have juice pitchers and serving bowls available - please let us know if you would like to borrow anything.

All borrowed equipment must be washed in the party room before you leave. We provide all the necessary cleaning supplies.
Any cancellation or request to reschedule must be submitted in writing to bursdag@vitensenteret.com no later than one week before the scheduled birthday party. If this deadline falls on a weekend, the notice must be received by the preceding Friday.
Cancellation or rescheduling less than one week prior: A fee of 775 NOK will apply.
Same-day cancellation or rescheduling: A fee equivalent to the minimum birthday price (2,850 NOK) will apply.
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies. You are only responsible for tidying up what you brought with you and washing any equipment you borrowed from us (e.g., pots or serving bowls). Please dispose of any trash in the bins provided in the party room, and wipe down the tables and countertops. We will take care of the rest!
Food and drinks are strictly confined to the designated party room and are not allowed in other areas.
You are welcome to bring all your own decorations, such as balloons, tablecloths, etc.
